New Painting Progress The Blessing of the Hunt

Hey everyone, here is what I am working on, I'm almost done with the drawing part, when it's dry I'll get going on the rest.

New Work

I am currently working on a series of horse racing paintings... I finished the first one. There is a bit of glare on the painting. A collection from this series of race paintings will be showing in the spring at a gallery in Saratoga.

Napa Truck
This truck on the side of the road in Napa was begging to be painted. I hope to do a bunch of old trucks and cars....


Chinatown Dragon
I was walking around Chinatown with Conner and Todd and this guy was just hanging out wish some of his friends on a shelf...


The Beckoning Cat

One of the books that I read to Conners class this year was called "The Beckoning Cat" the story prompted us to go to Chinatown and get our own. Here's the little guy looking out the window on a sunny evening.

Work

moving at the end of the summer and trying to get in as much painting as possible until then.

I am working on 2 landscapes a bit larger than usual and planning the illustrations for my childrens book. I'll have some images posted soon.
